Zapiria’s top priority is your satisfaction. If you face an issue with your order, you may raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the package by contacting us at support@zapiria.com.
For every return claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the entire unboxing process in one continuous recording, and the issue with the product. This requirement helps us verify claims quickly and fairly.
A product will be eligible for return within 48 hours only if the unboxing video clearly proves that the jewellery item is missing from the package or is defective upon arrival. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.
Please note that Zapiria does not offer refunds. If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product instead.
